Realistic 3D Animation in Blender

Hello,

I have the following request. I would like to have an animation for a video with a series of sequences involving the following 3D animations in Blender:

- Opening and closing eyes in First person view animation.
- Animation of a 3D character involving speech synchronization and facial animation.
- Animation of a crowd of 6 people in front of the previously mentioned speaker.
- Slow animation movement in hallway.
- Hologram animation for a floating brain with a slow rotation animation.

I have a power point file describing the previous sequences, but it was not possible to upload it in this work description. it will be provided once the job posting is approved. The only problem is that we are constrained in time, as we need this work to be completed by Tuesday (March 9 2021).
