UI/UX Graphic Designer

We are a multinational company looking for an experienced UI/UX designer for full time work.

As UI/UX Designer you will be responsible for the end-to-end design of experiences and products that provide businesses with the right solution for all of their fleet needs, ultimately removing friction and making the product more user friendly.
Working remotely, you are a standalone UX/UI designer comfortable and have a strong portfolio of work, with experience across the eCommerce and Web Application space.

As a creative UI/UX designer, you will work collaboratively with clients and team members to assist in user interface design of desktop and mobile applications, builds, layouts, and multiple assets. You’ll create new experiences for web users by combining the art of design with the art of programming while building interfaces that are easy for users to navigate and that are visually appealing. This is a full-time, long term position.

What The Day To Day Looks Like
• Developing UI mock-ups and prototypes to demonstrate the functionality
• Creatively solving UX problems such as user navigation and responsiveness
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, user flows and wireframes
• Working collaboratively with the team and communicating prototypes to developers
• Rapid iteration based on customer feedback
• Develop and follow product brand guidelines

Duties and Responsibilities
• Translate specs into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Execute visual designs to meet user and client goals
• Collaborate on user experience planning with key stakeholders• Synthesize user feedback, identify problems and devise solutions
• Transform ideas and mockups into high fidelity concepts and designs
• Work with several accounts at once and maintain positive relationships
• Work with assigned team members to complete the final product

Requirements and Qualifications
• Existing experience creating web and mobile applications. We'll ask you for examples of this work.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, design, or art preferred
• 2+ years experience in user experience design for web applications and digital products
• Strong conceptualization ability and visual communication ability
• Exceptional design skills with a high attention to detail
• Experience with using and creating user interface design patterns
• Expertise working with UX applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint)
• Experienced in WordPress, HTML5, CSS, SASS, PHP, Javascript, jQuery, Git for version control
• Solid communication skills (verbal/written) and thereby the ability to present concepts/lobby for good ideas
• Strong sense of time management, deadlines and the ability to adapt diverse challenges and competing priorities
• Desire to stay current on all design-programming-related technology trends and innovations, keeping the agency on the leading edge of interactive technology

Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience.

Hourly and salary-based positions are available.

English language must be at a high level.
