Graphic designer in pet portraits

We are looking for a person that has experience with designing pet vectors and historical pet portraits (pets in costume).
Currently we have one store but we are about to expand with a second store and therefor looking for a new ---------- short: our customers upload a pictures of their pet and place an order. The image will be automatically uploaded in a google drive with all information about the design. You will be creating these pet portraits and upload them in our webshops backend.

If the customer wants revisions on their design we will write this down on an excel sheet and you will edit and upload the images again.

We prefer to hire and pay per design (including revisions). In the beginning we don't expect that many sales 5-10 per day. However, during holidays (oct, nov, dec) this will be around 20 per day up to 40 excluding revisions).

So we are looking for a graphic designer who has knowledge of adobe illustrator and Photoshop. We prefer someone who has already experience making pet portraits (historical and pet vectors) and can copy the style of our other designer. English speaking for communication is a must. You are not communication with customers, only with us so it only has to be understandable. Available 6 days per week, will be only for a couple of hours per day depending of the amount of orders and your work speed.

We offer 3$ per design (including revision). Right now we have about 240 orders per month which will be around 720 dollar per month. In busy season (especially October and November it will be double the amount around 1500 dollar per month. We expect the new store to be launched in about 3-4 months. Payment by transferwise each week.
