Full time position: Web and graphic design

Our company requires a full time web and graphic designer. a strong ability to create 2d characters is a must. typically 2d chibi design. Also a requirement to create html5 sites with css3 and parallax scrolling is a must. below are 3 examples of the clean simple design with basic graphics that we would need.
