Webmaster, Developer--Joomla

I need a webmaster to help me build and manage several Joomla based websites. I will be building a news site, a few small business sites, personal sites etc. and need a skilled Joomla editor. I have experience myself building a few websites using professional Joomla templates.

Must be able to: have an excellent understanding of HTML, Java, etc.

-must be able to edit joomla templates accordingly
-must be able to utilize "member" sites with login and member account features.
-must be organized and self motivated

Wordpress experience is a plus. Any design or or photoshop experience a plus. Must speak english. Dreamweaver also a plus.
