Advanced VA and Wordpress Expert - Bonuses + 13th Month Pay + Sick Days + Holidays

Zapata Media Holdings is an online advertising and publshing company involved in various markets and niches.

We are currently looking for a full time Virtual Assistant to handle a variety of tasks. The position is for Monday - Friday and 40 hours per week. We will communicate via Skype, Asana, and email.

Please note that in depth video training is provided in our team portal that will walk you through all aspects of the position.

The main roles you will be filling are the following

1. Wordpress Setup and Maintenance

- You will be responsible for setting up Wordpress Membership Sites and uploading and maintaining the content which will be provided to you.

- You will also be installing Wordpress using Cpanel and Softaculous as well as uploading and using various plugins (Optimizepress 2.0, Wishlist Member, etc.)

- There will also be the posting of videos from Wistia onto the Wordpress Sites.

2. Light Customer Service

- We use Zendesk to manage our customer service. In this role you will provide very light customer service. This includes processing refunds, directing people to the correct login pages, and providing access to content.

- You will not be responsible for any technical or how-to types of support questions. You will forward that to the appropriate department.

- The majority of the responses you will provide to our customers will already be prewritten as macros so you will not have to do much in the way of writing.

3. Marketing Page Creation

- We will provide you with our sales copy, sales videos or squeeze page / thank you page copy. You will post it onto our website using one of the templates we provide inside of OptimizePress2.

4. Facebook Page Posting

- We run several large Facebook pages. However, for this project you will be responsible for posting to a million person Facebook page in the pet niche. 5 photos and links per day. They can all be prescheduled using the Facebook interface. We will provide you with the images and the links.

5. Product Listing

- We use Samcart to sell our products. We will give you all of the necessary information to fill in the fields to list a product on Samcart.

6. As we advance our working relationship we may add more responsibilities. These may include ad creation, ad setup, email marketing and analytics.

All of these tasks come with COMPLETE training so you do not need to be an expert in all areas to apply. We go through great lengths to make sure that you get all of the appropriate training you need so that you have clarity and feel confident in what you are doing.

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay on the 15th and 30th of each month via Paypal (The 1st month will be pro-rated based on the day you start)
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
