Google Ads | PPC Paid Advertising | Google SEO/SEM

We are a USA based eCommerce company. We are searching for an experienced and creative paid advertising (PPC) specialist to lead our Google Adwords advertising ---------- this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our Google advertising.

YOUR DUTIES:
- planning and implementing paid advertising campaigns for the following core ad types: Google Ads, YouTube ads
- Coming up with strategic advertising directions and working with our design department on creatives
- Measuring and reporting ad effectiveness
- Helping to optimize our lead acquisition lifecycle through advertisement and website conversion
- Use ads to build our brand and directly acquire sales

REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have experience running Google ads
- Must have experience getting Products onto Google Shopping platform
- Must be an expert at the Google Ad manager
- Must know how to accurately measure CPA's and ROAS of ads.
- Must know how to set advertising goals and tweak campaigns to adjust within criteria
- Must be experienced at determining keywords to target
