About the role:

We are a Digital Marketing Agency and require a Graphic Design Superstar. Primarily a graphics-based role you will be responsible for designing graphic artwork for our clients on a monthly basis. You will work in an environment that supports your innovative flair and be recognised for outstanding service and strong work ethic.

Highly collaborative and creative, you have a structured approach, and will be well organised with strong time management skills and a process-orientation. You will have strong conceptual skills and ability to produce consistent design across digital and print collateral. You will have the ability to work across multiple brands as we manage many different brands.

Key responsibilities:

Work on the monthly catalogue production
Produce advertising collateral such as flyers, product brochures, internal documents and presentations, digital adverting assets, and emails
Social media content development
Develop artwork and support for the various online stores we manage.
Contribute creatively to a strong marketing team
Updating existing marketing collateral
Be strong in both print and digital design

Skills, Experience & Attributes:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Finished art and print production experience
Strong design portfolio that demonstrates conceptual and creative thinking translated into design solutions
Experience working with templates and style guidelines
Skilled in the use of Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to multi-task and action constructive feedback from the marketing team
Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively with the marketing team.
Passion for the digital medium
High level of self-motivation, energy and enthusiasm
Experience in a retail-oriented business will be highly regarded
Knowledge of Google applications such as Google drive.
