External Manager

Recruit, build, and lead a team of your own advisors by motivating them through career presentations, support in the hiring process, and constant guidance throughout their stay.
Ensure that all advisors are equipped with skills and knowledge that are required to accomplish all tasks under the company-prescribed ---------- t personal and team targets that are achievable and at par with the company standards.
Encourage attendance in Sales Team, Branch, Cluster, Territory, Company, and Industry activities.
Monitor daily activities and ---------- tablish alternative courses of action for self and the branch manager to ensure the efficiency of work.
Convey information and ideas through variety of media to various individuals or groups in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:
Must possess Bachelor’s / College degree.
With at least 3 years managerial experience and expertise from any industry.
Must have strong leadership skills and ability to inspire others.
Must have an entrepreneurial mindset.
Must be able to learn fast and execute required output within the given time.
Must be willing to go through the process of becoming a coded Financial Advisor.
Must be willing to take the Insurance Commission examinations.
