VA/Instagram manager

We're looking for somebody with fluent written English and a nice bubbly personality who can help grow our instagram following and manage introductory conversations with leads to funnel them into the business.

We have 2 fitness instagram accounts (one male and one female) so are looking for somebody to manage these separately as the demographics are different and managing them can be a full time job.

For the first month the job will start at 20hrs per week to see if it's working out well. If it does the hours will increase up to 40hrs per week over a period of a couple of months.

With the increased hours would come increased responsibility including help writing instagram posts, emailing clients to see how they're getting on, help with admin and potentially managing other VAs as the company grows but also increased rewards.

The ideal candidate will be smart, enthusiastic, trustworthy and want to grow with our company.

Bonuses are available fortnightly based on business growth and can be very rewarding. We are friendly people and are looking for somebody long term to join our team where our personalities match and reflects in our work.
