Customer Service VA for Amazon FBA / FBM

We’re hiring for a full-time long-term, reliable customer service and business support VA to help with our Amazon business. Required:

- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- At least one year’s experience of handling Amazon customer service enquiries for both FBA AND FBM product orders, issues, returns, refunds, replacements
- At least one year’s experience handling Amazon account health management, including seller feedback, handling case logs, voice of the customer, inventory levels and issues, etc.
- Monitoring and reporting on sales metrics, inventory levels, product and account issues
