Marketing & Design Coordinator/VA

Project Manage all client work in Click Up (adding client projects, assigning tasks, keeping projects on track, and following up with staff when necessary.
Attend and actively participate in weekly Work in Progress meetings. Proactively ask the team what they need help with and support them when required.
Social media management. This includes designing social media tiles, caption writing, and hashtags.
Assist with rolling out brand stationery for clients
Copywriting articles for the business and clients
Basic admin tasks when required
If things progress well this could end up being a client-facing/contact position with hours being extended
