Web / UX Designer

We are seeking a talented Web / UX Designer with strong design skills, a technical mindset and a passion for digital, web and UX design. The successful candidate will take the lead on all design work our studio produces.

Responsibilities
• Produce outstanding website visuals for a range of projects
• Work with Digital Marketing teams to design websites that are performance driven
• Follow specifications while working to timescales and budgets

Requirements
• Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (Figma also an advantage)
• Good understanding of landing page design principles
• Good understanding of responsive web design, and principles for designing across different devices
• Good understanding of fundamental UX, CRO and customer journey principles
• Portfolio displaying outstanding website design visuals
• Comfortable in communicating your ideas and design concepts
• Able to share opinions/ideas to improve workflows and performance
• 3-5 years demonstrable experience in a similar role
