Make powerpoint and convert it to video

I need someone to make easy powerpoint presentation and later on convert it into a video. I will be sending you a sample one and if it looks good, I'll let you do the rest, I will be needing an assistant who will help me do this for 4 weeks straight. I need someone available NOW.
