Responsibilities:
Mentor managers on employee development best practices
Responsible for administering performance management program
Advise leadership on hiring and terminations
Administer payroll, employee benefits and other government and company-initiated benefits.
Provide guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution
Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints
Assist HR Manager in implementing Succession Planning Programs to hone internal candidates for leadership positions /roles.
Provide assistance in conducting customized training programs to develop appropriate behavior and required skill set for certain roles in the organization.
Providing insights to the Management on market trends and opportunities.
Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications:
At least 5 years of extensive experience in General HR Management and other specialized HR Facets such as but not limited to Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Labor Relations and Organizational Development.
? Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management or equivalent.
? High sense of ownership, customer orientation and adaptive to change. ? Developed organization skills and creative.
? Goal driven, self-starter and a team player.
? Can work well with multiple demands and deadlines.
? Excellent oral and written communication skills.
? Flexible with schedule.
