Video Editing for YouTube, YouTube Thumbnails

I am producing one to two videos a week. They are mostly me talking about real estate topics or topics about where I live. They need to be eye-catching, very professional and entertaining. I can provide the video of me, my animated logo, and some photos
and sometimes video to use as B-roll. I also need thumbnails for each video that are bright and lively and will attract attention and get people to click.
