Our Dream Team (aka Marketing & Creative) is now on the lookout for a creative solutionist to join the team as a Graphic Designer. What you're here to achieve:
1. Create inspiring, engaging, beautiful design that communicates our brand story and message
2. Collaborate closely with the industry-leading Digital Marketing, Events Management & Creative Media teams to deliver smart results-driven web and print designs
3. Design industry-leading cutting-edge digital adverts and landing pages with clear focused action-based messages for advanced marketing campaign
4. Able to bring innovative ideas, strong visual communication, and creative design solutions to numerous projects simultaneously, including print-ready artwork, coded eDM, websites, landing pages, social media, banner ads, packaging etc.
5. End-to-end world-class design and production from ideation to briefing, designing, production right through to the end outcome and results

What we're looking for:
• High degree of English speaking and communication.
• You are an experienced graphic designer with brilliant execution and the capacity to bring beautiful design and creative solutions to any project
• You are a passionate overachiever in your personal and professional standards, especially when it comes to the quality of your work and the communication of the brand.
• You bring structured thinking and strategic understanding to designing, branding, marketing and communication
• You have high attention to detail and relentlessly high standards in creative production and organisation
• You love the challenge of high-performing team, demanding deadlines, creative freedom and ownership of result, and always having multiple creative projects on the go

What you bring:
• Degree in related design
• 2+ years commercial experience as a designer in an agency / marketing team environment. Marketing experience and related Bachelor degree preferred
• A wealth of knowledge of web and interactive multimedia experience demonstrated in an outstanding portfolio of projects and current work
• High proficiency in Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and InDesign) on both Mac and PC
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive and mobile design
Strong understanding of marketing, branding and visual communication strategies.
• Knowledge and experience with Digital Marketing and Direct-Response Marketing is a MASSIVE advantage
• Able to quickly learn and master new platforms and technologies
• High problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong teamwork and able to lead in uncertain situations
