Amazing Customer Service Support with Shopify Experience

Make It Mine is currently looking to hire amazing Customer Service Agents to play a vital role in the business by helping customers with complaints and questions by proving information about their orders and the products that we offer. This remote full-time position is available immediately.

We’re looking for help with responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

Our ideal candidates should be excellent at communication, computer savvy, and detail-oriented, and should be comfortable working in a growing, changing, but exciting environment as our company continues to hit new milestones and goals!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering inquiries by phone, email, and through social media channels (FB and IG) in a timely manner
Locate and track packages
Make changes to orders - per the customer's request through Shopify
Other assigned Customer Service duties

This job is for you if you ..
Have exceptional English communication skills both verbal and written (American style accent)
Are knowledgeable in social media platforms
Are results-driven with excellent customer service skills
Have experience using: Google Sheets, Shopify, Slack, and any ticketing system
Have the ability to work as part of a collaborative team remotely
Are a creative problem solver
Have great research skills
Have no internet/computer-related issues
Love helping people
