Virtual Customer Service Assistant (Amazon + Shopify)

About us: Redgefit is an e-commerce home fitness brand that is on the verge of becoming the next big thing in the home fitness niche specializing in the US market!

The job will entail performing the following tasks through the day:
1. Customer service on Amazon
2. Shipping/Fulfilling orders to customers in amazon and shopify
3. Shopify or Amazon order management
4. Dealing with refunds, returns, chargebacks in paypal/amazon
5. Point of contact person and will be responsible for delivering weekly performance reports and monthly calls

The assistant should have the following qualities. (Please APPLY ONLY if you have the following qualities below)

1. Proficient in English
2. Fast typing skills
3. Must have access to a laptop and high-speed internet with back-up during power outage
4. Must have previous customer service experience including replying emails and customer inquiries
5. Experience with SHOPIFY and AMAZON is a MUST
6. Experience in searching the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics is a MUST

Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00PM-7:00AM PH Time

• Coachable and willing to learn new things and shifting responsibilities and duties.
