Job Description & Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The artist and repertoire representative is responsible for working with artists and offering & signing music contracts (for marketing, distribution, and production).
• The representative is also responsible for calling artists to sell marketing and promotional tools.
• The representative will also be reviewing music and artwork files.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess at Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
• A&R representatives should be passionate about music and knowledgeable about the field.
• They must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills as well.
• A&R representatives must also be able to identify raw talent and evaluate whether a musician’s skills and style will match audience tastes.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must be able to work with no supervision.
• Must be self-motivated and self-driven.
