Bookkeeper for an Ecommerce product company

This is a part time position that will eventually move into a full time position for the right person. We are looking for someone with clear communication and well organized. Our company sells products on Ebay, Amazon and our own websites. This bookkeeping role will will help us keep track of all the sales and reconcile in Quickbooks.
We currently use a software service called Ecomdash which does a good job of keeping the inventory levels correct across all the sales channels and sends the sales data directly to QB. Your job will be to make sure that all the data is correct and to prepare inventory level reports so that we can re-order more inventory at the right time. Also, you will help us keep records of purchases and expenses organized for tax purposes.
