Enquiring long term staff for our graphic designing and printing service as in business card, brochures, flyers, post-card and so on. Mainly for advertising, promo, marketing, sales etc... area.

?? :WORKING STYLE/ SYSTEM:
We are more than flexible in the way we work. Whenever possible we best prefer not to question or interfere in the way you work as long as you can show results. In other words this is a free & easy type of job you can manager however you like to suit your working style. Only thing required is to submit daily report on details for whatever staff you have done for the day. (for record only as said before no interfere in the way you work as long as you can show results.) Be free to make suggestions to improve ideas and workflow.



?? :EXPERIENCE:
Best with experience and be able to provide quality examples of your work.

(Bonus for those with average & above PR skill, have exp in sale line or work as a salesman before. We'll put you first for review)



?? :OFFER ROUGH VIEW (neg):
For full timer we're offering a basic monthly salary of not less than $300usd to $500usd depending on trial results for start. All holidays in Philippines will remains as a holiday for you, also your standed 13month included as well. There are other more short and long terms benefits included which we'll go over inside. There will also be instant commission for sales you close. Which will be instant credit to you within 12hrs from payment received. Also whatever staff like software or course you feel will better your work, just let us know & more than often we will get it for you.



?? :SKILL:
Knowledge/Skill in knowing how to find client, communicate with them on their requirement/request to closing the sales. Attending update for any new orders, service or issue they have. (In short, able to finding/source for sales till closing/manage simple straight forward deal.)



?? :REQUIREMENTS:
Above everything, trust and honesty is required! We respect our staff and we expect the same. Our goal is to reduce as much stress for you as possible with your cooperation.



?? :EXTRA GOAL TO ACHIEVE:
(Hopefully able to produce/find a project leader to lead his/her own sales team.)
