About the Company:
We are a boutique firm based in New York City, specializing in coaching students of diverse backgrounds to navigate graduate and professional school admissions applications at top-tier institutions. Our goal is to partner with students to help them characterize and reflect their individuality in all areas of the admissions application.
Job Description:
Looking for a dynamic, self-starter with great organizational, written communication, attention to detail, and research skills to help with various administrative tasks. Marketing and SEO experience is a plus. The job is long-term at 10-hours+ per week (potential for more hours as the business grows). While the schedule is flexible, daily engagement is expected.

The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, pay close attention to details, and have a can-do attitude.
Duties include:
• Schedule appointments
• Enter tasks in the calendar
• Prepare customer spreadsheets
• Keep online records
• Perform market research
• Create and finalize presentations
• Manage and update contact list
• Provide customer service as first point of contact
• Edit internal and external documents
• Manage blogs, source images, and post on social media accounts
• And other ad-hoc details
Qualities needed to be successful:
• Excellent English comprehension and writing abilities
• Detail-oriented
• Prior CRM, Canva, Buffer experience
• Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Adobe Acrobat Pro Experience is a plus
