Marketing Assistant

Hi! Looking for a super-organized, driven marketing pro to help scale our relationship & intimacy coaching business to serve more couples. Are you great at generating leads and moving them through a funnel using email, social content, and video to help them know, like, and trust the business? Are you a focused, detail-oriented crusher of goals? We might be a match made in heaven.

The successful candidate will
- Track monthly metrics and be responsible for improving them month over month (leads, cost per lead, earnings per lead, conversion rate, revenue, followers, subscribers, engagement)
- Manage marketing projects from concept through build-out to running to debrief of results
- Execute (with the help of our small team) production of graphics, captions, articles, landing and thank you pages, and email automations using Canva, ActiveCampaign, Planoly, Instagram, Kajabi, and Squarespace
- Create events and posts in MightyNetworks and update call recordings from Zoom using DropBox and Otter for transcripts
