Customer Service & Sales Representative Needed, work from home!

Our well established eCommerce company is seeking to add 10-15 individuals to our Customer Service and Sales Team

Pay will range from $2.00 - $5/hr + bonus & vacation ---------- pending on experience and abilities. Job duties includes but are not limited to:

Customer Service:
-answering emails, chats, phone related
-assisting with order changes, cancellation and returns

Sales Team:
-uploading products/pictures
- product research against competitors
- gather data to rework current listing

All reps will go through a training course, lasting anywhere from 1-month to 3-month time, depending on reps own learning speed. Salary is self earned. You are paid during training, but it will be bare minimum, as you progress, salary will change based on your performance.
