- 3+ years of experience with Wordpress
- Attention to detail and quality
- A flair for a creative design
- Deliver projects on-time
- Knowledge of managing hosting environments/deployments (CNAME, CDN Cloudflare, DNS)
- Willing to learn new technologies
- Reliable internet access and power backup
- Ability to work US-based hours
- Real estate experience - optional
