The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, energetic, superb social skills, and reliable. You will be responsible for calling prospective homeowners over the ---------- ndidate will track progress and report their progress to the team on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities/ Daily Tasks:

• Prospect and contact potential leads over the phone.
• Building relationships with potential clients.
• Set up appointments and relay information to the team.
• Maintain accurate notes and activity log.
• Report progress to the team on a weekly basis.


Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills is a must.
• Previous experience in cold calling, sales, customer service, or other related fields.
• Experience in real estate is a plus, but not required.
• A hungry attitude and a high level of perseverance.
• Motivated to work hard. Bonus given after every 3 deals!
• Naturally Happy and Upbeat Disposition.
• Ability to Speak Multiple Homeowners Every day.
• Strong Phone Presence and Voice.
• Basic Writing and Computer Skills
• Interest in Learning More About Real Estate Investing
• Home Office with No Distractions and No Background Noise
