Sales & Marketing Manager — ECommerce

---------- is an e-commerce store, which specializes in selling appliances for alternative homes.

We are seeking a marketing manager with English sales experience to be available to answer customer calls and fulfill orders.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
— answer customer questions over Tidio live chat on the website
— take customer calls with Grasshopper
— fulfill customer orders with suppliers over email
— create and manage Google Shopping Ad campaigns
— respond to supplier emails & keep product information and marketing up to date
— work with freelance graphic designers, copywriters, and data entry associates to verify that their gigs are completed
— keep the CEO updated on progress of sales and marketing each day

Basic Requirements:
— Previous sales experience over the phone in English
— Familiarity with online marketing (SEM, social media)
— Experience coordinating with contractors/freelancers
— Must be able to use apps like Tidio/Grasshopper from their own devices

A well-qualified candidate will be:
— Excited to learn more about e-commerce; coachable
— Partially self driven
— Comfortable juggling different tasks week to week
— Well-organized, good at making standard procedures and following them

At the job you can expect:
— 95 USD/wk Salary
— On the job training in Google Shopping Ads
— Flexible hours; you'll need to be able to take customer messages and calls, but otherwise you will be evaluated based on results and deliverables, not hours worked; no time tracked
— Performance bonuses (13th month etc)
— This position will be the first hire for sales and marketing staff, so you will be working alone in the beginning
