(Tasks) Here are some of the responsibilities you'll be taking care of:

- Create Instagram posts, commenting/converse with potential customers, Liking, Follow and Unfollow people on Instagram
- Write SEO targeted blog posts related to our niche

- Proficiency with graphic design and using Photoshop/ Canva to create quality & EYE-CATCHING social media content that matches our brand’s aesthetic

- Researching new content ideas relevant to the target market

- Research other competitor accounts and try to understand the nature of business/their working strategy
- Track the growth of followers, engagement.

- Influencer research and outreach to organize successful collaborations

- Brainstorm with me on a Growth Strategy & executing/following through with this.

- Come up with and set targets to increase brand awareness and increase engagement.
- Adhoc tasks as needed

Here's what we require:
1. Provide a link to a previously managed IG account.
2. Provide a link to an IG Account you admire and tell me why you like it.
3. Able to work within 2pm - 10pm MNL time
4. Able to work in Hubstaff.
5. Excellent English skills
6. Good working PC with a stable internet connection
7. Contingency plans for power brownouts, natural disasters, and personal emergencies.

You will be paid $500-$550 USD per month + Generous bonuses/incentives when you hit your KPIs!!!
