Our team is looking for a full time virtual assistant to list products on our client's website and write some articles for their blog. We must highlight that excellent English writing and communication skills are key for this
Aside from that, you need to be proficient in the use of spreadsheets and be resourceful as a person. Our client's brands provide listing information in lots of different ways ie. pdfs, image banks, spreadsheets, Dropbox, FTP's to name a few and sometimes they are not very forthcoming, so information can take a bit of sourcing, hunting and collating! A knowledge of WordPress would be a HUGE advantage when it comes to writing for the blog.
As this role will have an element of publishing, experience in Photoshop (or something similar) is essential or you should at least know some basic photo editing (crop/alpha/resize/transparent background etc).
Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK Time (tentative)
We do not want a person working late at night (doing this as a second job) as this leads to mistakes etc.
Salary:
• Our starting offer is Php18,000 monthly basic salary

• Other bonuses - this is subject to performance evaluation after 3 months.
