The Office Manager shall manage and perform full spectrum of Finance, Human Resources and general administrative duties.
REQUIREMENTS
• Female 19-35 years old
• Business Administration or Accounting diploma, Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Familiarity with requirements and processes related to SSS, PhilHealth, PagIbig
• Proficient with computers including MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and culture savvy
• Strong team player and positive attitude
• Must be willing to work in Makati City.
• Fresh graduate of Business Administration or Accounting are encourage to apply
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain office efficiency by ensuring all supplies, basic necessities, equipment’s, etc are always available
• Maintain office documentation and update information required
• Handles various business and other permit/document registration and renewal
• Serve as company’s resident HR officer handling and/or facilitating recruitment, new employee on-boarding, as well as point person for employee matters.
• Liaise with HR agency on employee payroll
• Liaise with various agencies/consultants for certain HR and administrative matter
• Liaise with third parties as required regarding facility management
• Plans and arrange team building, engagement activities, etc
• Other tasks assigned by line manager
