Because of this, we are looking for an A player who understands the power of social media and how it plays into our rapid growth model. We’re on a mission to help more trades entrepreneurs and social media is the tool that lets them know we exist.

This is for you if:

You get excited by details, planning, organizing and executing to perfection
You are highly motivated, result-driven and thrive in an entrepreneurial fast paced environment
You use your intuition as well as data when problem-solving and improving systems
You adapt quickly and welcome change
You are able to synthesize data from many different places, think critically to make the best decisions and find solutions to problems

In this role you will be:
Transcribing 40-60 short videos a month (2-10 min each)
Managing multiple scheduling calendars and social media inboxes - we will be scheduling content to release every day on multiple channels
Working with the marketing team to help increase the quality of leads we bring in
Maintaining regular and ongoing communication with marketing team members on the status of our goals and provide weekly updates
Using numerous different social media software applications and navigate between each one effectively

Experience Required:

Exceptional english transcription skills
An understanding of common social media platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn, Youtube) and how to schedule content on each platform
Strong work ethic, professionalism and attention to details
Video editing skills a strong asset
Passion for continued improvement and sharing best practices
Sense of humour a strong asset
