Filipino SEO and Backlinking Expert needed for long term project

I need a part time long term Filipino based expert in ethical backlinking for our Christian Discipleship website ----------

The position is for an experienced backlinking expert with a proven background in ethical backlinking processes and ---------- will be a minimum of 5 hours per week on a long term basis.
Your English must be fluent and prepared to discuss strategies via S.K.Y.P.E or something similar
You must be able to show me clear evidence of previous or existing work to prove you are capable of achieving what I want.
You must be able to identify keywords that will help the website rank --- we have targeted certain keywords --- but open to other suggestions

HOURLY RATE IS $5.00USD per hour
Paid weekly via PayPal
5 hours per week = $25.00USD (1,214 Pesos per week depending on Exchange rates)
