Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:

Organize communication via
Provide customer service as first point of contact
Manage the progress of some internal projects and tasks
Service Coordination: make sure inbound support requests are assigned to the correct internal staff members and that staff are responding to tickets in an appropriate time frame.
Undertake required admin tasks for the business
Virtual Assistant Requirements:
------------------------------------------
Great written
Some experience with using desktop sharing? cloud services and VoIP Softphones - just the day to day tools for work
Good practical experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets? particularly MS Office
Good practical experience with online calendars and scheduling
Strong phone?
Strong organizational and time management skills
High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrator or Executive Assistant will be a bonus
Must have your own working computer
Must have a good Internet connection
38 hours work each week - if full-time
