What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties)
- Manage a sales/client inbox and create customized follow-ups.
- Respond to consistent inbound activity ranging from general inquiries to closing deals
- Assist other Inside Sales Account Managers
- Investigate and analyze customer needs to evaluate available options and customized solutions
- Research, identify and follow up with new prospects
- Create and manage processes such as target setting, forecasting, and pipeline analytics in Hubspot
- Coordinate with a global team on a regular basis
- Define, manage, and provide insights on key performance metrics
- Look at performance metrics to better understand what works and what doesn’t.
What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements)
- Solid analytic, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills working with sales teams
- Exceptional prioritization and project management skills
- Comfort working in a high-growth, constantly changing environment.
- Minimum of 60+ WPM typing speed
