Real Estate Social Media Manager

We are looking for a motivated, talented, and fun-spirited Real Estate Digital Marketing Specialist. You will distribute and promotes online content to grow our audience, convert leads into customers, and tell the story of our brand. Duties:

- Create flyers, brochures, templates, and social media post for Realtors
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google My
- Business, Pinterest, etc. They must be able to manage all aspects of our social media program from platform creation,
content planning, and the ability to monitor and measure the campaign's effectiveness.
- Utilize a critical eye for your own work to ensure clean, high-quality content that supports customer brand focus

Requirements:
- Must have at least experience in the Real Estate industry
- Knows MLS, Zillow is a PLUS
- Familiarity with basic design principles and lightweight visual design tools like Canva is a plus.
- Excellent writing and communications skills (sentence structure, grammar, varied vocabulary, spelling, style, strong typing
the speed with high accuracy, and attention to detail
- MUST be available in a graveyard shift
- KWCommand experience is a plus
