JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for the answer to our prayers... We are a successful Real Estate Team who is active on social media and need someone to help manage our social media accounts, monitor feeds/followers, correspond in messages/DM's, boost engagement, grow our following, create content, post content, manage content calendar, edit designs, create designs, as well as keep certain aspects of our business organized and implemented, such as online profiles, google business pages, client testimonials, email marketing, email newsletter, blogs, websites, just to name a few.

This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who has experience with video editing, social media, how to engage with followers (good English a must), how to respond accordingly, how to create content that is engaging, entertaining, and insightful.

Ideally, we will host a weekly facebook or instagram live, and you will upload this video to Youtube, take the audio and upload to our weekly podcast, cut pieces of the video to create small snippets of content to repurpose/post on IG/FB/Tiktok/Linkedin/Google. Also blogs turned into carousel posts for tips and info for prospective clients to see on our social media pages.

Requirements:
MUST BE ORGANIZED AND DETAIL ORIENTED.
Must be a self-starter that can multi task and get the job done, even if there are interruptions and other projects being done simultaneously.

Hours/work schedule/salary/pay open for negotiation. If you’re good and get the work done, we’ll pay you what you’re worth.
