We deliver some of our products online through membership websites and some of them through live events to cater to people all over the world!
We’re a tight, energetic team… we’re full of energy and we love getting the job done… FAST… and so we need a very special human to join our team…We are creating so much each week that we now need one special human to join our team and make us much better than we currently are.
We’re looking for talent to join our totally awesome and fast-growing team. Our team is a pretty crazy, energetic bunch, almost entirely based in the Philippines. We're looking to fill the Sales Support position!
What You'll Do...

---- For Sales Support Team Members:
- Welcome calls - calling clients who just bought our programs and welcome them + check to make sure they got everything they need (materials, access to the program, etc.)
- Calling through JustCall app and utilising Airtable platform.
- Allocating leads to the sales team using the Pipedrive platform (CRM).
- Facebook group support
- Email and text support.

- Someone with a customer service background
- Must be outcome driven and will go the extra mile
- Someone detail focused
- Someone efficient with customer service
- Someone with excellent communication skills
- Has genuine empathy and loves being on the phone
- Someone who can work an overnight shift
- Highly organized and is a critical thinker
- Someone that has an administrative background is helpful. (for the operation part of the role)
- Someone that is open to taking on different roles and responsibilities.

As the business grows and evolves, there will be more opportunities to take on different roles and positions.
