Media Buyers For My E-comm Agency

Hello everyone, I am looking for a media buyer!
I run an eCommerce agency, and I’m looking to partner with an individual who can help me manage and scale some of my clients’ ad accounts. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T MATCH THE BELOW SKILLS.
ABOUT YOU:
? Fluent in English
? Minimum 1.5 years of experience managing FB ads for eComm clients
? Willing to walk me through your results
? Excellent copywriting and creative skills
? Minimum 3K per month in ad spend managed
? Someone who is fun to work with, open to feedback, and is obsessed with media buying.
ABOUT THE JOB:

?? PAYMENT ??
You will be paid on a per month, per client basis.

?? TASKS ??
?? Campaign setup
?? Creation and Design of Ad Copy and Ad Creative
?? Implementation of proper split testing
?? Audience Research
?? Setting Up Custom & Lookalike Audiences
?? Setting up and implementing proper Retargeting Ads / funnels
?? Ongoing Campaign Optimization and Scale

?? COMMUNICATION ??
?? Available Monday- Friday for client communication via Slack
?? Several weekly calls with myself. And bimonthly calls with my clients
?? Weekly team calls to review client accounts
