VA/FB Ads Manager/CRM Setup and Management

I want to get an EVERGREEN process UP & RUNNING SOON!!! I need a backend specialist with experience in the following areas: setting up a CRM (like MemberVault, Kajabi, Mighty Networks or Teachable), to link with email auto responders, create and link landing pages, help me put together GREAT FaceBook Ads that convert, link with scheduling/payment apps, and help with video editing (adding banners, photos or purchasing links). I have a great course to help Parents Create Great Relationships with their Struggling Teenagers and would LOVE input and feedback from you on my course materials as well. I am looking for a part-time partner to get this project OFF the ground!
