I'm looking for an admin assistant who can tackle various simple tasks and write clear documentation about the process. Your goal in working with me is to handle a variety of different tasks for the "first time", and documenting the best process for repeating the tasks in the future. If successful, you will help me continue to expand the virtual staff, including hiring and potentially managing others. Therefore, you should have a strong willingness to try new tasks, grow your skillset, and work with me to document the processes.
If it turns out that you have a particular strength in one recurring task, and want to continue to do it over time, you can absolutely do that
- Using photographs I've already taken as well as my account credentials to
- Look up what the items are, and their average selling price online
- List these various items on eBay and Amazon for sale
- Manage the listings and when a sale is closed, send me a USPS label to print so I can ship the item to the buyer
- Create a "how to" document or loom video that describes the process of doing this task with sufficient detail to hand off to someone else in the future.
Expected skills:
- Basic internet research
- Familiarity with listing products for sale on e-commerce websites like Amazon and eBay
- Very strong english writing skills
- Strong english speaking skills
- General "can-do" attitude and the ability to figure out how to accomplish a clear goal.
