Internal Sales Agent

Memphis Homebuyers is a real estate development company in Memphis TN that develops blighted property in Multiple marketing service areas. We generate our own leads by direct marketing to the property owner This position will serve as a lead specialist for a total of 40 hours per week.

Job Title: Lead Specialist

Major Responsibilities:
• Cold call leads and text message
• Answer the phone with a friendly and upbeat attitude and show a caring attitude to everyone who comes in contact with our company
• Follow up on marketing materials with phone calls to make sure that customers receive the materials and determine if they are prospective clients.
• Make outbound calls to leads that left voicemails and missed calls
• Data entry and export from various systems and CRMs
• Research and analyze properties on the MLS
• Send daily reports of all activities for the day
• Enter client data in various online databases (e.g. REI Reply, Google Docs, Slack etc.)

Qualifications:
• At least one year experience as a Real Estate VA cold calling leads
• Able to build positive relationships and a great rapport with colleagues and clients
• Critical Thinker and Quick Learner
• Be able to prioritize incoming calls and know how to handle different types of calls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Drive
• Computer and Internet Literate
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Very well spoken English and Experience with conducting outbound calls
• Experience with CRM software
• Well organized and able to work well under pressure
• Willing to work full time (40 hours per week during daytime hours—Central Standard Time)

Compensation and Benefits:
• $4.00 - 5.00 USD per hour (salary will be commensurate with experience)
