Computer Programming Support Specialist

Profound Logic, a US-based innovator in application modernization software, is looking to add new Technical Support Specialists to our team for the following shifts:
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PHT)
• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (PHT)

You will be responsible for providing first line of phone and email technical support to our customers, who are IT staff and software developers. You will learn programming skills needed to write applications with our software and will have the chance to work with some of the best and brightest minds in our industry.

Qualified applicants must possess the following:
• High level of interest in IT and Computer Programming
• 3+ years of programming experience
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficient in English
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Willingness to take on additional tasks and multitask

The following skills are a major plus:
• Business software application development experience
• Web 2.0 technologies (HTML, JavaScript, AJAX)
• Databases and SQL
• Familiarity with the IBM i (AS400) server
• ILE RPG coding
• Node.js coding
