Rockstar Motivated Social Media Manager needed for Growing Team!

We are looking for a talented, highly-driven experienced Social Media Manager to create buzz in our industry and create engaging content for Instagram, grow our Pinterest, Tik Tok, create SEO focused Blog posts and research and perform Influencer outreach for collaborations.

Our ideal team mate will support the company’s ongoing sales and marketing efforts and naturally be a self-starter who can develop a full strategy for growth.

This brand is in the spiritual/ Metaphysical niche (crystals, sage, etc) Bonus points if you have interest in this field and can speak the language of our customer base, and can come up with engaging brand content that matches our aesthetic and vision.



**Requirements:**

* Performs well in a detail oriented and self-starter environment that values: creativity, flexibility and enthusiasm

* Great communication and strong command in written and verbal English. Possesses skills in creative writing and blog posts.

* Understanding of the spiritual/ metaphysical niche to be able to write powerful SEO- focused blog posts/ content

* Have previously worked as a social media manager, and can bring many ideas and can implement a tactical strategy for growth

* Excellent grammar and high attention to detail

* Willing to work long term and agrees to sign a Non-Disclosure agreement





**Responsibilities:**

* Post daily Instagram + Tik Tok content with popular and relevant hashtags. Continually grow IG, Tik Tok, and Pinterest following with engaged followers (optimize posts for best engagement results)

* Create a growth strategy for all 3 platforms. (Pinterest: Create pins, using SEO, finding communities to be in, etc)

* Come up with and set targets to increase brand awareness and increase engagement

* Write SEO targeted blog posts related to our niche

* Proficiency with graphic design and using Photoshop/ Canva to create quality social media content that matches our brand’s aesthetic

* Influencer research and outreach (Youtube, Instagram, Tik Tok) to organize successful collaborations



Our goal is to achieve explosive growth through consistent custom made/ branded content and implementing effective strategies to organically grow our audience and increase visibility on all social media platforms.

Looking for that one special team member that can bring to the table previous experience and a positive, driven attitude
