Experienced Magento Front End Developer

Magento Front End Developer responsible for building the our high end creative to Pixel Perfect standard.

Experience with high-end design and attention to detail s essential with no less than 5 years of experience.

Our clients are high end fashion and luxury brands so you need to be able to show that you can develop HTML to a very high standard.

Duties and Responsibilities

Use markup languages, such as HTML, to create user-friendly web pages
Optimize code for maximum speed
Write up client Front end code audits.
Write functional requirement documents and guides
Create quality mockups and prototypes
Assist with back-end Magento development with coding and troubleshooting issues
Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency to pixel perfect to the designs that are approved.
Participate in project & deployment planning
Collaborate with client partners and creative directors.
Stay up to date on current best practices and new technologies
Provide training, help and support to other team members

EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years of relevant developer experience preferably in similar industry
Experience with JavaScript and ES 5/6
Experience working with React JS

Proven experience writing for mobile-optimized sites
An understanding of Magento 2, Laravel or other MVC framework
Experience coding for email platforms (SalesForce, Klayvio, etc)
Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process to include design, development and deployment)
Up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques and technologies
Knowledge of SEO principles and layout aesthetics
Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop and content management systems
Ability to perform well in a fast paced environment
Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Experience in front-end coding in Squarespace.
