My name is Zack Siegel, the founder of my US-based marketing agency where we help leading medical offices help patients with the most severe conditions (often at the end of the road)...

For that reason, I’m looking for 1 more sales rockstar who has previous customer service or sales experience to join our mission to help more patients and practices!

For this role, you will be responsible for:

- Making inbound and outbound phone calls to book appointments
- Handling messages through text and email using a large database of templates + responses
- Daily reporting and updating of our systems
- Iterating, improving, & creating new systems
- Solving problems that arise

This is a fast-paced role and you must be comfortable making phone calls and working quickly.

If you speak Spanish as well that is a huge bonus!

The faster you are, and the better you can handle client accounts, then the more appointments you can book and the more you can make!

There is room to move into a higher-paid management position or closing position for the right candidate.
