Video Edit

I am looking for someone who can edit Video using Premier Pro and After Effects. I will require to have access to the project file as I will also edit the work from time to time using Premier Pro and After Effects CC. That is why I need someone who has this same software and knows how to use it well. I need work to be completed quickly and without compromising quality.
