The Digital Marketing Analyst (Google Analytics) will help drive digital marketing decisions through the proper use of data/insights from Google Analytics (GA), to help understand performance trends, and opportunities impacting overall marketing results.

Reporting to the VP of Digital Marketing, this role focuses on the identification and communication of optimization opportunities across all of UTI's media execution through complex analysis and understanding of data within our Google Analytics implementation. Please note, the official title of this position is Website Data Analyst, Marketing.

Principle Accountabilities & Deliverables Performs analytical deep-dives to identify opportunities across all media channels, leveraging large amounts of data to communicate insights to the broader Marketing team, and providing stewardship and guidance to the implementation of Google Analytics on the UTI ---------- rves as the thought partner for Marketing leadership to translate meaningful Google Analytics insights into business actions and priorities. Works closely with key stakeholders to gather detailed insights and reporting requirements for Google Analytics, recommends and identifies metrics and KPIs, and creates reporting to translate GA data into meaningful insights Tracks and analyzes web site performance, clickstream, and paths to provide data driven business intelligence.

Identifies process improvement opportunities in website tracking and in media management/execution via proper data analysis. Provides daily, weekly and monthly reporting, performance monitoring and insights via dashboards, scorecards and ad hoc analysis through website tracking tools.

Works closely with the website technology team to identify gaps in the data and collaborates on the implementation of enhancements to improve performance tracking of the site. Helps train and mentor business users on how to use Google Analytics in their day-to-day environments within the Marketing group.

Provides custom reports using data from Google Analytics and other internal databases to internal stakeholders. Works with various department leaders to create reports for partners and other stakeholders on web ---------- fines the reporting needs and KPIs for the business and work with counterparts to develop automated reports or tagging recommendations.
