Sales and Marketing Officer

We are looking for a confident, proactive, energetic, highly organized, efficient, and hard-working Sales and Marketing Officer who will be in charge of our (from setting up the online store up to arranging the deliveries), , and some administrative tasks/errands.

• Actively seek out customers and “Go the extra mile” to drive sales

• Manage and handle the online shop, as well as Telesales

• Promote the company's existing brands and introduce new products to the market

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

• Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features

• Answer customer's queries and address their complaints, if they have any

• Follow and achieve company's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options

• Build productive trust relationships with customers

• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, digital marketing strategies, etc.)

• Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

• Proficiency in English

• Excellent Math skills

• Familiarity with inventory procedures

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills

• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus

• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner

• Flexible and a team player

• Confident and assertive yet with a good and professional attitude
