Social Media Manager

Job Brief:
RxMedia is looking to add a Social Media Consultant / Manager to our team for a full-time position. We are a US-based digital marketing agency in the elective medicine space. We are a team of 8 and adhere strongly to our core values. While we love talented people, we put an emphasis on finding a good cultural fit above skill set.

Qualifications:
- With proven ability to create social media strategies, and determine and increase KPIs
- Knowledge in Scheduling social media posts
- Familiar with Major Social Media channels
- Excellent Writing, Content Creation, and Communication
- Hashtag Knowledge + Algorithms + basic SEO
- Have experience in FB ads and other paid ads campaign in SM and get more leads through ads
- Graphic design for Posters, videos, etc. (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- Redesign blog posts for different platforms ie: Linkedin/Instagram etc
- Help to establish a content strategy and research what trending topic
- Able to manage and supervise social media executives
- Knowledge in Social Media Reporting/Analytics and know how to explain data collected
- Help to establish a broader social media strategy and to grow followers across SM channels
- Adding customer service approach in engaging with the social media audience
- Provide proper branding
- Able to utilize LinkedIn in targeting prospects
- Organized at work, reporting via Click up
- Must be able to work independently
